S3 Drama

The S3 course focuses on developing all of your basic drama skills and bridge the gap to National Drama.  We will develop more complex movement skills, create whole school performances, work with scripts and learn how to work with lights, sound, make up, costume to make exciting and memorable dramas.

Halloween Ghost Tour

Every year, S3 students are responsible for the Halloween Ghost Tour. 
S1/2 pupils are invited to a night of terror with up to 4 separate performances taking place around the school.  You never know what you will encounter - Witches? Ghosts? Zombies? Possessed dolls? Exorcisms? Cannibals? All the things that haunt your scariest nightmares can be found roaming the rooms of PGS.
Drama students write and rehearse the scenes around the school which are then brought to life with the Music Tech and Creative Industries students creating lighting effects and soundscapes to accompany the performances.
If that isn't enough, you can enjoy all the fun of Halloween with games such as bobbing for apples & making toilet roll mummies, show off your costume at the photo booth & have a go at our spooky science experiments.
